When I start to feel sad even a little bit I start to feel self-conscious, even if my original sadness had nothing to do with body/self image. Then it’s a snowball effect, once I lose sight of my happiness and my connection and love of my self and body it’s really hard for me to climb back out.
My brain gets sad a lot and recently I’ve been good at turning things around, but I started to get sad tonight and I started to hate myself in really violent ways that surprised me. I’m scared for the day that my depressive cycle tries to come back for real and I can’t fight it with self love and supportive networks. I remembered, vividly, today how bad things had been and how bad things could be in my mind, head and chest. It’s scary and tonight I am afraid.

A Little Girl Wanted to go to Disneyland to Meet Snow White. This little girl believed Snow White would help her make her dream come true. Her Dream was to see her Daddy come home from Afghanistan doing his tour in the Marines.
She met Snow White who took her to the Wishing Well and Snow White told her to make her wish and close her eyes and wish real strong…. When she opened up her eyes, her Daddy Magically appeared.
No Better place to make this happen than Disneyland.IM NOT CRYING
